       Given the Guardian report on large numbers of libraries in the UK being closed down, I thought it would be good to document a list of #libraries in Indian cities! New libraries are among my favourite places to visit in any cities and most Indian cities have good, if small, public/open-to-public libraries. What are your recommendations?I'll start off with my favourite: 1)  Anna Library in ChennaiAnd then there's also: 2) The IIHS library in Bangalore

       @Themadraseye  NLS Library is open too for public but carry your institutonal IDs. There isn't much of security now so these days its good to go.
