       Uber Support is utterly useless. They don't even have an email address where you can raise your grievances, and the only option that you have is the help section on their application, which is nothing but a waste of time. They disabled my account two days back, without assigning any reasons or without any intimation. Despite raising the issue on their help section, the issue hasn't been resolved yet. In fact, I still don't know why my account has been disabled.

       @noor I've done that. They don't seem to care. I've at least five emails from them saying an agent will get back to me, but so far, nothing has been done. I'll probably sue them.

       @Rounaknayak I do think they are. But it was like the BirdSty thing for me. Stopped using it, now I can't convince myself to go back to using it.

       @varkychen I think this is the right time to stop using it, then. However, Ola takes too long to find rides for me. Maybe I'd switch to ecofriendly means of commutation - Metro.

       @Rounaknayak Call it Uber Harassment.Every day scores of its clients are subject to the frustrating ordeal of sorting out mythical waiting time, surcharges, surge pricing, driver abuse, car abuse and whatnot. Uber Supporr gets perverse pleasure out of all this. No wonder London banned Uber.
