@_lunawinters Sorry that you feel that way, Aaditi. You other threads posted this morning seem to indicate anxiety.The sleep episodes, I have had these in the past. Focused Breathing helped. Slow and deep breath, hold for a fw secs, then release slowly and deeply. Pause and repeat.I would soon drift off to sleep, could hear my heart beat reducing pace as I did this.

@design_RG i have been having regular episodes of anxiety for the past 2 years.I try to focus on my breathing and my heart beat but for some reason, i drift away to some other thoughts.
