       #recipeqv  My chili recipe1 lb ground chuck4 jalapenos, chopped1 onion, chopped8 tomatoes, chopped4 garlic cloves, crushed8 ounces tomato sauce2 Tb chili powder2 Tb cumin powderBrown the ground chuck, drain and add back to the pot.Then do the hokeypokey and turn yourself around, that's what it's all about.Add the jalapenos, onions and garlic, simmer till the veggies cook down, Watch it, may have to add water or olive oil.Add the tomatoes, sprinkle a little salt.

       Cover it and let it simmer. When the tomatoes break down, add the tomato sauce and powders.Simmer and smell the goodness for as long as you can take it.
