@Lemonhead Definitely an old tree. I am glad you took a pic of it. I was really thinking hard on the eucalyptus, I will look it up and see what I can find.I had no idea they could get that big. They grow very quickly and do very well in extreme heat, difficult circumstances.This helped a lot! Thank You!

@Lemonhead They are very pretty, yet less dense than the rainbow eucalyptus. I love the aroma, not everybody does. It is like cilantro, you either love or hate it. I am definitely in on the rainbow eucalyptus. If you know of a good source for purchase, let me know. I definitely want to try it this fall.I doubt I can find it here, even the silver dollar is difficult to get here.

@Momma_Voke Yes mam, you have just expressed the true problem with twitter.Free speech is a right and good for our country.However, Ellen was expressing goodness, I never read the replies because they are always horrid.I am guessing that Ellen does not like the replies, either.Twitter is not a reflection of USA citizens, on the whole. #recipeqv My chili recipe1 lb ground chuck4 jalapenos, chopped1 onion, chopped8 tomatoes, chopped4 garlic cloves, crushed8 ounces tomato sauce2 Tb chili powder2 Tb cumin powderBrown the ground chuck, drain and add back to the pot.Then do the hokeypokey and turn yourself around, that's what it's all about.Add the jalapenos, onions and garlic, simmer till the veggies cook down, Watch it, may have to add water or olive oil.Add the tomatoes, sprinkle a little salt.

Cover it and let it simmer. When the tomatoes break down, add the tomato sauce and powders.Simmer and smell the goodness for as long as you can take it.
