       Halloween in Manhattan: lots of people (male, female, girls boys) dressed up in ghoulish costumes. A feminine-looking man dressed as a woman, clearly trying to pass, but still recognisably male, with a fancy dress headband (a deer's antlers) but the rest like a standard female outfit - skirt, leggings, a light touch of makeup.But ... Since WHEN Is dressing AS A WOMAN a Halloween costume? Why is dressing as an ORDINARY WOAN enough for a male to be a "Halloween" costume?
