Just a note, I'm a lesbian in a religious conservative area so whenever y'all talk bout teamin' up with right wing men that shit is a slap to the face. I'm affected by this shit daily, I'm not out of the closet because I fear for my safety, I don't have a close circle of friends because what if someone finds out I'm a lesbian and I can't get work? Y'all need to realize how big your actions impact others, the only women who will be "protected" by right wing men is straight white women and y'all seen the domestic abuse rates so I wanna ask if that's really the road you wanna take. You wanna do that? You *actually* wanna hurt yourself and drag other women down with you?

@Vajazzledvagina number one, keep taking care of yourself. i do want your opinion. i read where a woman wanted to fight cocks in frocks in women's sports. aclu was defending the tranny, and a religious organization was defending her in court. do you think she should turn their help down? without them, she has no means of going to court. thanks for your perspective.

I think we need to fix society where women don't have to depend on their oppressers to fight other ones. Women need to stick together, I'm just not feelin' too hopeful rn @drEkua

@Vajazzledvagina How does it help lesbians to allow the trans policy and legislative juggernaut roll on unopposed by refusing to form LIMITED COALITIONS with conservatives to start pushing back? It seems to me lesbians were hurt first, and continue to suffer more in some ways (e.g. "cotton ceiling") than straight women by the trans agenda. The good news is there is now a viable option because FIST, which refuses such coalitions, has written proposals for amending the Equality Act. Honestly, I'm thrilled about it and am getting in touch with them. However, almost any piece of legislation requires coalitions to get passed. So it will be interesting to see how they navigate that.Meantime, take good care of yourself, Cindy! We 💕 you.https://feministstruggle.org/
