       So PG&E was getting so much bad press from their tweets regarding the deliberate outage in California that they started having either PR or Twitter support people tweet their PSAs and RTed them instead of tweeting them themselves.It's an old marketing strat: attach a face to bad news to try to minimize the backlash from more empathic people. It largely worked in this case. 150 replies of vitriol when PGE tweeted something; 3 when they boosted an employee tweeting the same thing.Gross though. Cowards.
