       Gosh, the way mastodon caches media is so flaky. I need a way to tell it "look, if I go looking for remote media, and you can't find it on disk, just go out and download it again."

       Currently moving all my media over to my own object storage since Toot! apparently doesn't support the redirects that Jortage relies on. It's... a fun time.

       Because the S3 "s3cmd" command is so slow, I've instructed my poor old server to go out to each and every instance it knows about and redownload profile photos and the like. It's likely to keep going for an hour or so, but! Many of my friends' photos are back, which is nice.
