       audio electronics seem so cool but I can never get the hang of the digital tools, and I don't have the money right now to invest in buying kits

       @Ricardus VCV Rack, literally anything that involves audio on a computer is either too complex or too simple/tedious

       @alexandria A real-life modular synth would be pretty complex, too. I've looked at the units from synthesizers.com and they look impossibly complex. But I'm not an electronic musician who grew up with it.

       @alexandria Well you don't have the added complexity of installing and/or compiling. Ideally the modules should work when delivered.I have a fantasy of building a studio and putting of of their giant units on one wall of the control room.https://synthesizers.com/studio110.html
