It's a good article, and it's not about dividing women, it's about how white women need to engage FAIRLY with WOC so that such a division can't be exploited by men. White women need to invest the time and labor to understand this. I remind myself- don't TAKE it personally, DO it personally. Be the person that listens, be the person that can handle some criticism without losing my shit. It's hard. Supposedly men have the ego, men have the pride, and women are self-effacing and defer to others. But that's not true. We do have ego and we do have pride. It hurts to be wrong. But that's how we grow.
