       @linuxer I do notice that things are still buggy, which PROBABLY relates to a bug where other instances hit FSE with lots of requests simulating a DDOS attack.

       @licho I haven't given much thought about (online) payment processors but since the emergence and troubles with Patreon and other goings-on ovee the last couple years this topic has definitely been on my mind. Sometimes, because I go so far out of my way to buy domestic and from small companies the onlg option is to buy online. e.g. American Apparel is gone but https://www.AllAmericanClothing.com fills much of that void.

       I think about it on occasion since I wanted to accept tips for my hobby art and writing. But I didn't like how some places were getting deplatformed one way or another because of controversy. So I avoided giving Patreon or anything that uses #Paypal any kind of custom. That pretty much nulls every option of accepting tips online.
