@jonne And is written by someone with what appears to be a woefully inadequate understanding of library cataloguing systems and practices.Yes, there *are* standardised and limited vocabularies and tables of authorities. But cross refs really are the Majickal Sauce.DDS and LoCCS were begun a century and a half ago. Much has changed, and as a consequence bothsystems have a considerable change management process.
