       See this is one of my problems with today's political landscape. It's either all or nothing, it's cancel or you're complicit. I understand that people are scared and that some are even feeling guilty for wanting things to be other than they are, but this is not the solution. Yes this person lacks tact and /maybe/ this person could be a child molester, but that wouldn't ever mean that transgenderism is "about molesting children"Link only for referencehttps://freespeechextremist.com/objects/be6ccb55-2bbd-49e4-a883-a88172d328ba

       I would like to actively discourage you from participating in the thread unless you have something constructive to say.

       @brandon Real statistics show that the highest percentage of a child being sexually assaulted is by someone they know. That is, non-related people such as family friends, neighbors, etc. rank highest. Family members rank second highest.Strangers make up about 10% or less of the reported cases.

       @louwestin How would you say this impacts what's being said in the thread?

       @brandon Because that person is linking trans-gender with child sexual assault. What I said is what real statistics say.

       @louwestin So you're saying that the thread is likely falsely accusing the transgender movement?

       @brandon I would say yes. At least I haven’t read anything creditable that says theres this widespread movement among those who are transgender.Of course that’s not to say that someone who is transgender couldn’t be capable of victimizing a child. Anyone from all walks of life is capable.But someone that paints that kind of panic-picture is simply spreading lies. Like the earth being flat.

       @louwestin I'm glad that we're on the same page here. It's unfortunate that many pundits and social commentators insist on these "tactics" and "strategies" to discredit, disparage, and even deplatform people they don't agree with. Most things are not absolute, won't more people understand that?

       @brandon Welcome Web 3.0? 4.0? 😂 Actually it’s not really funny so I shouldn’t be laughing.

       @brandon The whole campaign against the "all bodies swim" is in itself - to use PNN's words - a thinly veiled attempt to brand anything that doesn't fit into the conservative world view with something that is universally considered "evil".I can see that parents may feel uncomfortable with such an event, but if they don't trust the venue's personnel to prevent attempts at child molestation during the event, they could have just sent someone to keep an eye out on the children.

       @brandon It's also tragically comic how something which is considered perfectly normal in other cultures is made a huge deal out of in the US.In Germany (especially East Germany), for example, nude beaches are very common, most of them do not have a minimum age to visit at all, yet I'm not aware of any case of child molestation happening there.Germany's recent massive child molestation scandal happened at a regular, non-nude camping ground instead.
