It'd be really nice if platforms like Android quit trying to be helpful. You're just pissing me off by sending so many notifications for things that if I cared about I could pull up through existing system services.

It's also stupid that now I can't just set DND, it's enabled until my next alarm goes off. Why can't I just have DND exceptions, like, I dunno, for ALARMS?It already knows when this is happening, why implement things in the most frustrating possible manner?Thankfully this phone doesn't have a notification LED. Those are the worst.

@architect if Android is what you are talking about. Depending on the version this is possible. Under sound there is Do Not Disturb. There when you click on it you should get a new screen that allows you to allow media and alarms. then you can turn it on till you turn it off aswell. I have had DND on all the time for the past couple years as notification sounds and vibration annoy the fuck out of me
