       A really interesting behavior I've noticed over time: someone buys a copy of elementary OS and uses it for some time (sometimes years). Then they email us and ask for a refund because they decided (after that time) that they don't want to use it.

       @sergiotarxz @cassidyjames Not Cassidy James but when you go to the website you can buy it but you can just change the amount in the custom payment box to 0 if you do not want to pay.

       @sergiotarxz @JacobNeplokh because it's a paid product, yes. It has been since very early on. We also allow you to pay $0 because we don't want to completely restrict anyone who couldn't afford it. And regarding intuitiveness, it would seem over 90% of folks figure it out since they download for $0. 😉

       @cassidyjamesI have always assumed it was more of a donation. With that in mind, who asks for a refund on a donation? That's just weird.Also, what ever happened to taking responibility for your purchases? You take a risk every time you purchase something. If it is a bad investment, then losing a little money should be a lesson to that person on considering their monetary investments more wisely.So weird...@sergiotarxz @JacobNeplokh
