       @viciousviscosity *Slightly* more seriously, IME variations on "Well, all I know is..." often come as a rejection of an argument/analysis/evidence that the speaker doesn't like.  Phrasing it that way is more comforting than saying "I could consider what you're saying, and possibly re-evaluate my position, but I don't wanna!  So there!".

       @viciousviscosity Well, all I know is *a loud screeching sound combined with a dial up modem, followed by at least three repeats of the same Daft Punk track, and then white noise hiding encrypted data**you now have a massive headache and inexplicable bits of memory and knowledge of random things..strangely, all knowledge of pop culture has disappeared*
