       @trini No. That's because these small electric scooters are illegal on any lane or street in Germany. A regulation is planned for end of May that will force you to have insurance, a VIN, a certification. While electric bicycles need none of that.

       @jwildeboer Ah, and are these "skateboard with a steering column" scooters, or more like a Vespa scooters?  It is a bit of an odd distinction if the former.

       @gurubert welche Mehrheit? Gibt es da Umfragen? Und für mich persönlich eh kein Problem den Radweg mit dem Elektrotretroller zu benutzen. Aber das so hart zu bestrafen, wie mir eben passiert ist, das ist halt schon sehr #Deutschland.
