@gunnerHey there. You requested to follow me, and I'm curious as to what you found interesting as we hadn't interacted prior.Nostalgia triggers... mostly Commodore Amiga computer stuff, a few old TV shows (Blake's 7, Babylon 5) and a few movies maybe.I enjoy role playing games (more to the narrative end), motorcycling (paved and off road), Commodore Amiga computer stuff (still), I (sometimes) run a BBS and am interested in restoring my dream of a Cyberspace. Nice to meet you.

@gunner I have two main hobbies: the SCA (a Middle Ages/Renaissance research and re-enactment organization) and strategy board games.Nostalgia: the smell of a wood fire always reminds me of Pennsic (the SCA's largest event). For most of my life, I wanted to be a computer programmer. It was something I found when I was 5, and I took to it. There were a couple of side diversions -- for a while, I wanted to be a teacher, a radio personality, or an actor -- but I always came back to programming. And what do I do? I'm a computer programmer, and two of the things that I do relatively heavily in the SCA are teaching and performance. So... I hit most of them!

@gunner hi! If I want to remember the (short tbh) time I spent at uni, I start listening to LukHash (a chiptune producer) and Camel (the prog band). When I was a child, I wanted to be an historian or a librarian - now I read old legacy code for a living :DIn my spare time I hoard technical books, read japanese comics (not in japanese :\ ) and waste time on the internet.
