       Maybe it's the "entered the online community pre-facebook" thing, but anonymity is a cornerstone of the Internet, if not *the* foundation. It's both a giant blessing and our biggest responsibility.

       @Brightlady_Lise I feel quite unusual in having managed to retain my pseudonym in the post-Facebook era. Because I totally agree. The internet was better when it wasn’t full of people going by their real name only.
