       Just realized Invidious (https://invidio.us) has a download feature for videos!In case you don’t know what it is, it is a website to watch YouTube (even with subscribing to channels) without going through Google.

       @JacobNeplokh also if you change the 'you' of any valid youtube-video URL to 'hook' you find yet another! #hooktubeIf somebody tries to utube me, I immediately hook it!Also download buttons, but not directly.

       @neb Hooktube is effectively dead though because all YouTube API features have been removed. Invidio.us is under constant development and has many more features. I also used to use hooktube, but then I moved.

       @JacobNeplokh I also use it to download when #NewPipe fails.Press download --> ycapi  --> if mp3, just dl. If video then change the URL from mp3 to mp4.I search videos, channels, I mean. What is actually missing?

       @neb Not too much, but because it uses YouTube API it can be shut down at any point. Invidious scraped the website.Plus you can see YouTube and reddit comments on videos through Invidious. And you can subscribe to channels.
