So, recently a group I work with chatted with me about moving away from Java. Then they brought up C++ I'm actually starting to dislike C++ more than Java at this point. Later I saw dog walking a man and children eating vegetables so they could grow small. My whole world, upside down

@dogjaw huh? Not Go or Rust? (I love the features of Rust, but see a steeper learning curve). Anyways for systems programming I encourage looking at both.

@johnstorey I kind of hate both but they don't matter here given our API only works for Java and C++

@dogjaw it's been too long since I have been an individual contributor, but wouldn't the FFI work with C++ libraries? Is it that different from C?
