       You know, I kinda underestimated psychology. Shit's pretty interesting.Introspection is important. Being aware of your mind's own traps is helpful when trying to avoid them.It's also interesting to think about how a lot of the internet platforms we used have been created to take advantage of that knowledge for making $.There are literally billions of $ going into that shit just to get you addicted to online platforms as a service to manipulate consumption patterns.
