from the itinerate wanderer and seeker's point of view as a delver in the cthonic spacesthe view of one who can only marvel at the dreams of the shamanthe symbols of the compass, the square, and the all seeing eye carry an implication of forcing the will into the worlda circumscribing of that which before was in a natural state with that which is perceived as not present in nature: order, linearity, and precisionand a guarding against that which would destroy that which man had wroughtfor the hacker, as a mystery cult, the symbols that speak to the inner circle are not those that speak to those not initiated to the mysteriesto those that are not of the initiated, the symbols of the hacker are the keyboard, the cable, and the phonethrough the keyboard the hacker forces their will into the worldthrough the cable the hacker joins the disparate places in the world into a whole that is greater than the sum of the partsthrough the phone the hacker reaches into the world of the uninitiated to change that which the cable and the keyboard cannot access or bind@thegibson

@_cr0_tab @c1t7 A split keyboard could give the S&C, or impression of a unicursal hexagram.

@_cr0_tab I think to be easily recognizable, the symbol will need to minimize the symbols within it.I like the lockpick and soldering iron, as it implies the right things of a clever tinkerer, and it follows a common convention of tools/weapons crossed.@TheGibson @c1t7

@TheGibson @c1t7 I thought about it. I'm not sure I feel the keyboard in general, but I'm havin trouble trying to abstract "code" in a way that's not just text.
