       This is the soup recipe: http://www.shecookshebakes.com/2010/10/rancho-gordo-yellow-eye-bean-soup.htmlSlightly modified, no chile de arbol or lemon zest in the beans, used a whole head of garlic (sliced in half) instead. Bean cook time was about 45-50min.
