@julia @carbontwelve I think I had to make this once on a school trip? we went to a science place (it was called @ Bristol) and they did a few quick lessons, one was scientific methods of separating chemicals (I think?) and they just... Had us make some cheese...??? Like, "throw this old milk in a pair of tights and squeeze it till it's cheese! Why? Science!"
