       @ehashman oh nice! that looks kinda similar to how i do it. though i don't rinse the rice in the broth (i don't rinse it at all, actually).thanks!

       @pixelpaperyarn the rinse is key: it's what ensures you can toss in 80% of the liquid at the get go and still get great texture/creaminess :)I love homemade risotto and sharing recipes and tips so this is great!!
