       Starting setting up the plem.Fuarked up the nginx stuff and it currently not able to upload avatars.Still working on it but works over so wont be able to do any more till Monday.Sorry pals

       @tA what do you recommend to reverse proxy subdomains? i read many people use nginx because it seems to be easier, but is there some better alternative?

       @hansbauer Im using Nginx for that on other stuff and its been fine. I like it more than Apache from what Ive done with them both

       @hansbauer @tA I mean, you can use just about any web server. Nginx will probably be the fastest and use the least resources under load tho.

       @hansbauer @tA Also, because it's so popular finding info on any issues you have is super easy compared to something like lighttpd, h2o, or OpenLiteSpeed.

       @tA Current experience with the SME's we sysadm, nginx wins hands down for documentation, "we did exactly that" blogs, reverse proxy, static page loading, and .. you get the drift. Can't comment on scaling, 'cos we're smol.But at this end of the size picture, it's way easier to deal with than Apache or *shudders* IIS for any web appy stuff.
