       After seeing @Gargron express concerns about invite-only mastodon servers, I've been thinking more and more that I want to eventually create an open mastodon server.  However, I am *not* ready to handle a large community and hope to build my skills in community management here, on "easy mode," with my friends and their friends, before I try to setup something larger.
