Single computer fans: please help an old dog out by suggesting which federated services can comfortably run on SBCs.. I know that for my purposes, probably pleroma is good.. but looking for other examples if possible (is nextcloud really viable?)PiHole and similar services aside.. I'm interested in activitypub services providing for:* Federated social networking* photo album hosting* Email server* Multi-functional nextcloud* Blogging (plume?)* Matrix?* Funkwhale?* Anything else..

@orbifxThanks! Disabled matrix on my multi-purpose server a while back and use prosody for xmpp at the moment.. easily lightweight enough. Good suggestion.

@orbifxI also already have an email server (mail-in-a-box) on a cheap vps.. not sure whether I should move this to an SBC though as it is likely that in the he future we'll need to live with in laws for about a year whilst our house gets built.. not convinced that their flaky internet would be good for such a crucial service.. so may keep the vps until such a time that we can move into our own house in Japan

@jk Your VPS would likely be a better place for an MTA than a server at home. Mail from home IPs are more likely to get identified as spam.@orbifx

@fitheachI had that at the back of my mind too, I think I'll leave it where it is and focus on moving the services from my home server and mor expensive vps in the meantime.@orbifx
