ok so i decided i'm gonna start using "it" for things/beings that don't actually care about such misguided hyooman constructs like "grammatical gender"because singular they is bad imho because plural/singular distinction is good

@grainloom “The devil rode me through it” is an impressive substitute for empathetic construction of motivesSorry about the delete/redraft, I was fixing ride for rode in the quote (prosody) and I decided “funny” wasn’t the best way to describe the substitution. It’s been interesting seeing monotheistic manipulations reinvent themselves in recent years - I guess people always have to have their excuses.
