       Doesn't my bread look phenomenal?!it's a sourdough bread made with a mix of rye and wheat flour. idk if it'll be good but it looks very bready

       @MightyPork Looks really great! Remoska can be the definitive tool for bread, as it is closed epic crust can develop. I have to think about this 🤔

       @ondiz it's really versatile! but it also has it's limitations, e.g. the bread recipe talked about baking in a cast iron pot with or without the lid, that's of course out of question because the lid is the heating element here. But it worked out anyway so idk 🤷

       @MightyPork The idea of the cast iron pot is to collect as much steam as you can the first minutes so the bread has a good oven spring and then remove the lid so the crust can dry.I guess that remoska lets steam go out little by little during the baking process so it does both functions because your bread looks very bready 😍I'm obsessed with homebaking, sorry if I'm annoying 😅
