       @Vetra it sucks to see. I have heard some beekeepers resort to using "smart ink" bombs - the kind used in cash machines to deter theft - that go off covering people in the vicinity if the hive is tampered with.Fortunately such vandalism doesn't seem to happen to the local bee stock but then I guess a lot of the local hives are on farm land, hidden from public rights of way.
