       I have been given a date for my initial consultation with a surgeon in London next month (January). Travel costs for me and my partner are going to be around £250. I feel really bad about doing this but if you can spare anything I would really appreciate the support. I have paid for the train tickets using a credit card so I'm not desperate for the money but anything at all would help make things a bit easier.
