       rantThe #fediverse has a lot to be desired when it comes to user content. A lot of the crap that's posted here isn't too different from the nonsense on #twitter -- self-centered shitposting, forced inside jokes, in-group drama, and wanna-be trends that are supposed to engage the community. Hashtags aren't properly used and I can't find any content that's relevant to me. Overall, I feel alienated. It's a lot easier to find friends and content that I'm into on corporate #facebook despite their mercantile content-sorting algorithms
