I still don't understand the concept of "spoilers" for a product announcement, how is the fact that the new iPhone is 0.2" larger or there will be a new color of Switch joy-con something that can be spoiled for you

@jimpjorps I think it's more a matter of keeping the product details out of the media because they're going to be copied by someone else for cheaper?

even if Nintendo shocked the world and announced that starting tomorrow, they will liquidate their games division and return to only making hanafuda cards, how is your experienced ruined by hearing that from a news website or a friend rather than a Youtube livestream
