       Filling out applications for minimum wage jobs adventure continues. I'm applying for a night stocking position. I need at least 3 references to even apply. WHA? Are you leaving alone with your stock? Maybe you should interview me first?

       @sikkdays I think a lot of that is just to cut down on the (very high) number applications. Back when you had to physically go in person and fill out paper applications, there was a limited number of people willing to come to "Joe Mama's Burgers" or the all night market and fill out applications, so there was less of that.

       @sikkdays I recall seeing a Taco Bell with a sign up saying they were hiring shift managers for $2.00 above minwage, but a 4 year degree was required. #Reduced_Applicant_Pool
