       The term "sovereign citizen" is an oxymoron.A citizen is a person subject to the laws of a particular place and has a reasonable expectation of protection under the law.A sovereign individual is not subject to law, can expect no protection but what they can provide themselves or buy from others. An individual cannot credibly claim to be sovereign unless they treat attempts to coerce them as acts of war, but becoming a citizen entails delegating violence to the state.

       @starbreaker the term "sovereign citizen" may be an oxymoron, but anyone claiming to be a "sovereign citizen" is most definitely a moron.
