       reminder that micro.blog is proprietary software which is working to capitalize on the recent success of federated social networking.  don't use micro.blog, but also don't punish users for using micro.blog who are unaware of the consequences of proprietary software in the fediverse.

       @kaniini I don't use M.B. but I just wanted an alternative way to follow their posts, other than RSS feeds (which is my current method).

       @kaniini Thank you for the warning.I was planning to move my blog to micro.blog in the future but I think I'll use Plume instead now.Could you please tell me what's exactly wrong with it?Haven't read any details so far.
