       I still find it weird that a) you registrer different accounts on Mast, Pixelfed and Loopsb) everything winds up in the Mastodon feedc) pixelfed and loops content is consumed in Mastodon as if they were microblog posts, you can't tap through and open them in their proper app and contextd) there's no way of knowing if a post is from pixelfed/loopsI would like shared content from pixelfed and loops to open in the respective app when you tap. #pixelfed #loops #mastodon

       @icg937 @dansup dansup never replies... 🙂 much as I love him for his amazing contribution... 🤩😍On the other hand I wonder if this doesn't actually fall on the responsibility of @Mastodon I don't get Mastodon posts in my pixelfed and loops feeds..  So apparently you can tell the source apart..

       @leanderlindahl that’s one of my favorite features of Sharkey - every post has a tag that tells you where the post originates from (Mastodon, Pixelfed etc. and even self-hosted servers’ names)

       @_elena I remember you posting about your adventures of installing Sharkey, but lost track of how the saga ended. I assume it worked out then 🙂I'm very much into apps and mobile device usage when I'm in the Fediverse... Does Sharkey work well for mobile? Can one try it out on your server?

       @leanderlindahl sorry for the belated reply! I had issues with a self-hosted Sharkey, so I ended up keeping my calckey.world account and donating 4€ a month to the admins. It works really well!Now I really need to simplify my Fedi presence so I haven't really been using it... but if you're interested in Sharkey, yes I would recommend going with calckey.world
