I'm viewing that office tomorrow. I don't know what I actually should ask them? What is there to ask about exchanging a relatively small amount of money for a 100sqft room? The only thing I can think of is asking them if the internet connection is WiFi only or if there's a working ethernet connection.

I'm looking on streetview to figure out where we can park when I'm moving my desk and shit in. This is going to be a very "interesting" experience, because it would appear the answer is "haha fuck you"

@reb I'm picturing you and a small group of friends on bikes, each holding a corner of it with one hand. Solves parking, technically, at the cost of being a Really Bad Idea. :DPotential things to ask: are there rules about when you can go in (e.g. reception closes at 8pm), are there noise requirements, if there's an emergency what's the protocol*, how many power outlets are in there (if you can't easily just look and find out)* This should be a legal requirement. Ask if they don't tell you.

I think the move is to, if possible, do the move in late at night when parking a hilux and trailer in the no parking zone outside won't actually cause any significant issue.
