       @jwildeboer If the charitable purpose of the association matches one recognised under German tax law, donations might also be tax deductible in Germany. Works fine e.g. for noyb, but it's formally a separate decision of the tax authority for each donor's tax assessment.

       @tessarakt https://framasoft.org/en/association/ and also see https://soutenir.framasoft.org/fr/defiscalisation/ They are a French non-profit with tax-deductible status for donations and send the paperwork needed fir that. When donating, you can click on "I would like to receive a tax receipt" for that. They explain that the tax deduction might be limited to taxes paid in France, though.I donated regardless. I will not even try to add it to my tax filings, I just pay and smile :)

       @Framasoft @jwildeboer I know you can't guarantee it. It worked fine for me so far in Germany with donations to @noybeu, an Austrian not-for-profit association (with the charitable purpose of Konsumentenschutz = Verbraucherschutz).
