       @CCC Welche ärztliche Schweigepflicht denn? Die Betreiber der ePA sind weder Ärzte noch deren berufsmäßige Gehilfen, und ich meine neulich gelesen zu haben, dass es auch kein explizites und spezifisches Beschlagnahmeverbot gibt.

       @jwildeboer If the charitable purpose of the association matches one recognised under German tax law, donations might also be tax deductible in Germany. Works fine e.g. for noyb, but it's formally a separate decision of the tax authority for each donor's tax assessment.

       @Framasoft @jwildeboer I know you can't guarantee it. It worked fine for me so far in Germany with donations to @noybeu, an Austrian not-for-profit association (with the charitable purpose of Konsumentenschutz = Verbraucherschutz).
