       @eff @JoshRichman Precisely. ChatGPT is just a tool like no other. It's far more broad than stuff that can be easily regulated, like weapons, especially because ChatGPT is a black box with unpredictable results and exploitable ways to get it to relay harmful information, despite the rather simple barriers OpenAI and the rest of the LLMs' developers added.
