       With my Parkinson's, I only do follow backs at certain times, & usually in bulkWhat this does is increase my timeline activity &my old-timers, people I followed for a long time, and interact with, get lost in the new hustle and bustle of the timelineI try to break it down to lists, so, If I haven't interacted this could be why.
