Spunk Press contributions guideline

---------------------
Spunk Press can only flourish if people contribute material. This document contains some guidelines for people wishing to contribute material. By following these guidelines you will make our task easier.

Format

There is a separate document on formats listing the text formats and disk/tape formats that we can currently accept. This also contains information on how to submit a disk or tape, if you do not have electronic access to the Internet.

Information

Please provide the following details, if you can, to ease access to and indexing of the material.

For instance, the interview with Buenaventura Durruti has the following extra details:

Related Material:

Abel Paz's 'Durruti: The People Armed'. See the bibliography
	in SPUNK013.
It would help if you could use a similar style to the above, so that the Contents files in which this information is kept are easy to read. Please either send this information as an electronic mail message, or include it in a plain text file on disk, if you are sending material by disk.

Scanning Material

If you have access to an OCR, and are to willing to scan printed text, we'd particularly like to hear from you. See the document on OCR scanning for details.

Copyright

We are currently investigating the area of copyright protection. For the moment, please do not submit anything that could violate copyright. Normally, this means anything that does not have explicit permission for redistribution, unless it is an edition of a work that is more than 50 years old. If you obtain permission to redistribute, please send us a copy of the permission.

Rejections

Very occasionally, material may have to be refused, because of space demands or inappropriate format, or because the content is not relevant. When this happens, the item refused is listed in the file Spunk_Rejections, with the reason for rejection, and an indication of where it can be obtained.
