Stop sending this stuff to the 100s of list readers! The list control address
is different. All you're doing is filling our mailboxes. We don't have any
control of the list, either. Try sending to vworlds-list-request@netcom.com,
and send "UNSUBSCRIBE vworlds-list" in the body of the letter.
Next time you subscribe to a list, save the first reply you get back. That's
usually the direction on how to unsubscribe.
Here are the full directions, which were in the first message this list sent
you:

UNSUBSCRIBING
=============
To unsubscribe from vworlds-list, send the following in the body (not
the subject line) of an email message to "listserv@NETCOM.COM":
unsubscribe vworlds-list
This will unsubscribe the account from which you send the message.
If you are subscribed with some other address, you'll have to send
a command of the following form instead:
unsubscribe vworlds-list other-address@your_site.your_net
If you don't know what address you are subscribed with, you can send
the following command to see who else is on the list (assuming that
information isn't designated "private" by the owner of the list):o
who vworlds-list
