Pace has to be an aesthetic consideration. it has abig affect on the
feeling of a piece.

As far as VRML production is concerned speed is very much an issue.
The hope is that since the spec is still developing the techies'll do their
best to make it work and then I'll have to find ways to either exploit or
get around the speed limitation when I design worlds.
