       @Laird_Dave das Problem wird am ehesten sein dass dafür ne große Pfanne gefordert wird. Das sind so ~56l nur Sauce beim hochskalieren, wenn ihr nen Kipper habt geht das. Sonst in kleineren batches anbraten und im Topf fertig machen.
