Yep. That's the one. Minnesota Internet Users Essential Tool. There's
Gopher, HTTP, Telnet, FTP, News, POPmail. I was not aware of Minuet
supporting Gopher+, that's interesting. I was suprised at how well it
handles GIF images on a web page.

The versions I run are 1.0 Beta 18A, which from what I've researched was
the first version to include HTTP web, and also the last public release.
The other version I have is Beta 17A which has no HTTP but otherwise is
       pretty close.

I never thought about it fitting on a floppy but it indeed would. I did
think about installing it on one of my HP Palmtops though. It's
surprising how much was squeezed down to an 800K exe file and few other
files for help and the so on.

I also have SLIPDIAL saved after I finally found it on an old FTP
archive, if I recall it was at University of Manitoba. It was quite
difficult to find. I still have to get around to trying it out.

Minuet I've been running through an ESP-32 Wifi emulating a SLIP
connection, so I'm guessing it could work. I've been using MTPC for my
packet driver since I got this setup running earlier this year.
